Mercedes C36 AMG
Year of Registration 1995
We recently picked up this 1995 Mercedes C36 AMG, with only 5,200 C36 AMG’s in production, this is one of the rarest models of Mercedes C-Class in recent years.
It was produced by Mercedes as a direct competitor to the BMW M3. Mercedes-AMG GmbH commonly known as AMG is the high-performance brand used by Mercedes. AMG was originally an independent company specialising in performance versions of Mercedes and Daimler-Benz cars. In 1999 Daimler-Benz took a controlling interest in AMG and finally took full control later in 2005.
The Mercedes C36 AMG was available for purchase between 1994 and 2000. It was only offered as a Sedan with a fully automatic transmission. It was built on the W202 chassis.
